Suki is a small iPhone app for sari-sari stores and other small Filipino businesses. Log sales by chat or by tapping items on the Sell tab, track who owes you (utang), log your gastos, keep an eye on stock, and read the numbers back in Reports — all on your phone, fully offline. ₱299 one-time on the App Store.

Anyone with a small store and repeat customers — tindera, mall kiosks, home bakers, milk tea stands, salons, food carts, laundry shops. If you handle roughly 20–200 transactions a day and currently use a paper notebook or your memory, Suki is for you.

Yes. The chat input, suki ledger, and stock tracking work the same whether you sell food, drinks, accessories, baked goods, or services. If you sell food or drinks, you can also write a recipe once — milk tea, pandesal, whatever you make — and Suki deducts the ingredients as you ring up sales.

Yes. You pay ₱299 on the App Store once, and the app is yours forever. No subscription. No in-app purchases. No premium tier. No ads. Updates are free for the lifetime of the app.

No. There's no monthly fee, ever. Suki is a one-time purchase from the App Store. After you download it, the app launches fully unlocked — no paywall to dismiss.

Not for you. Reports, gastos tracking, staff mode, backup and restore — all of it landed after launch and cost existing owners nothing.

Same Apple ID, same purchase — no second payment. Install Suki on your new iPhone, sign into iCloud, and your suki, products, and history come with you. You can also save a backup file first and restore from that instead. Family Sharing works too — up to 6 people in your Family Sharing group can install it.

Any iPhone running iOS 18.6 or newer. Newer iPhones phrase chat replies and insights a little more naturally using Apple's on-device models; older ones use the built-in replies — same features, same speed. Nothing to download either way.

Yes — Suki runs on iPad and the layout adapts to the bigger screen. We design and polish for iPhone first, so iPad doesn't have iPad-specific extras like split view yet. Staff mode is handy here: a lot of people keep the iPad at the counter.

Not yet, and we won't guess at a date. There's a working Android build, but Google Play requires new developers to complete a closed test before an app can go public, and we haven't cleared that gate. Until we do, Suki is iPhone and iPad only. When that changes, this page changes.

Two ways. Type or speak in plain language — "Mark 2 Lucky Me on credit", "1 Coke cash" — and Suki turns it into a sale you confirm with one tap. Or open the Sell tab, tap items into a cart, and ring it up. Use whichever is faster in the moment.

Add a customer (your suki), then log the sale as credit instead of cash. Suki keeps a running balance per person. Tap anyone to see their full history, and record a bayad in one tap — or straight from chat: "Mark paid 50".

Yes — set a due date when you sell on credit (it reads "Babayaran sa" if you run Suki in Filipino), and Suki nudges you the morning it falls due. No due date, no nudge — it's per sale, not a setting you have to manage.

Yes. Give a suki an utang limit and Suki gives you a heads-up when a credit sale would push them past it. It never blocks the sale — it's your call, we just make sure you noticed.

Yes — tap a suki with a balance and hit Remind. Suki opens WhatsApp with a friendly pre-filled message in your language, or SMS if you'd rather. For bigger balances, share a statement of account instead: one tap turns their utang into a clean image you can send.

Yes. Any sale turns into a tidy receipt image you can send over WhatsApp, SMS, or AirDrop. Add your logo and a thank-you line in Settings and they'll ride along on receipts and statements.

Type it the way you'd say it — "gastos 500 kuryente" — or log it from Home. Reports then shows sales minus gastos, which is the number most notebooks never give you.

Pick a period — today, this week, this month, or a custom range — and you get sales, gastos, real net, top products, top suki, and ingredients used. Tap any number on Home to drill straight into it.

Yes. Give a product a price and a count, and stock drops automatically with every sale. Set a low-stock threshold and Suki flags the item before you run out, based on how fast it's actually been selling.

Yes. Write the recipe once and Suki deducts the ingredients each time you sell that item, so you know you're low on pearls or flour before the morning rush. Reports shows which ingredients went where.

That's what staff mode is for. Selling and bayad keep working; editing, deleting, stock, Reports, and Settings sit behind your owner PIN. Turn it on before you hand the phone over, unlock it when you're back.

Yes — turn on the app lock in Settings → Privacy and Suki asks for Face ID or Touch ID on open. You can also require it before anything gets deleted. That's the one that matters when the phone gets passed around.

Yes — completely. Every sale is stored on your phone. You don't need a SIM, WiFi, or any login. iCloud sync is optional, not required. Brownouts, signal dropouts, airplane mode — Suki keeps working.

If you're signed into iCloud, Suki quietly syncs across your Apple devices using your private iCloud database. We have no access to it — only you do, through your Apple ID. It's free (it uses your existing iCloud storage) and end-to-end encrypted if you have Advanced Data Protection on.

Completely. We have no servers, no analytics, no tracking. We can't see your sales, your suki, or anything else — we don't have a way to. Your data lives on your iPhone and your private iCloud, and nowhere else.

Yes. Settings → Backup saves your whole store into one file you hold onto — your phone, your Files app, wherever you want it. Restoring it onto a new phone puts everything back.

Yes — add suki one by one as they come in (the fastest way for most stores), or import a CSV from Settings if you already have a list ready.

Settings → Data. Export a CSV of every sale, suki, and product for Numbers, Excel, or Sheets; or export a dated sheet with sales, utang payments, and gastos in books-style columns to send to your accountant.
