Features

Built around the way you actually run the store.

Every Suki feature exists for one reason: to take less of your time than the paper listahan. And to tell you more about your tindahan than it ever could. Here's all of it.

Chat

Log a sale by typing how you talk.

Say "Mark 2 Lucky Me on credit" or "1 Coke cash" — Suki understands English, Tagalog, and Taglish, and turns it into a clean transaction. The same box takes payments and expenses, so there's only ever one place to type.

  • Type or hold the mic and speak — pause when you're done and Suki sends it for you.
  • Understands "utang", "bayad", "isa", "dalawa" out of the box.
  • "Mark paid 50" lands on their balance. "Gastos 500 kuryente" lands in your expenses.
  • If a name or product doesn't exist yet, Suki offers to add it inline — no detour.
  • Confirmation card before save — tap any field to fix it.
Sell

Tap a grid when chat doesn't fit.

Multi-item sales, customer optional, payment type at checkout. Build a cart, ring it up, done in seconds. Pin your top sellers so they're always first.

  • Quick product tiles, pinnable, filtered by category.
  • Cash, credit (utang), or e-wallet — pick at the end.
  • Save your GCash or Maya QR once and the Sell tab shows it fullscreen at checkout, screen brightened.
  • A reminder to confirm the money in your e-wallet app — not from a screenshot someone shows you.
  • The whole cart saves together, or not at all. No half-sales.
Suki ledger

Know exactly who owes what — and by when.

Every regular customer (a suki) gets their own page. The running balance updates itself as sales and payments come in, and Suki keeps track of the dates so you don't have to.

  • Set a due date on a credit sale — "Babayaran sa" in Filipino — and Suki nudges you the morning it lands.
  • Give a suki an utang limit and you get a heads-up before a sale goes past it. It never blocks the sale.
  • Color-coded status: paid up, has a balance, overdue.
  • Record a bayad in one tap, or from chat, and the balance follows.
  • Send a reminder over WhatsApp in your language — or SMS if you'd rather.
Receipts

Hand them something that looks official.

Any sale turns into a tidy receipt image for WhatsApp, SMS, or AirDrop. For a suki with a running balance, share a statement of account instead — their whole utang, clean, in one picture.

  • Add your logo and a thank-you line in Settings; both ride along automatically.
  • Statement of account is one tap from a customer's page.
  • Nothing gets uploaded — the image is made on your phone and shared by you.
Stock

Track stock without the spreadsheet.

Add products with a name, a price, and a count. Stock drops automatically on sale, and Suki tells you what's running low before you notice the empty hook.

  • Set a low-stock threshold per product.
  • Low-stock items surface on Home, not buried in a report.
  • Restock hints read your last two weeks of sales, so a fast mover warns you earlier than a slow one.
  • Switch on "Block sales that exceed stock" and Suki stops you selling what you don't have.
F&B

Recipes, for the ones who cook what they sell.

If you sell milk tea, pandesal, or anything you make yourself, write the recipe once. Every sale after that deducts the ingredients for you — pearls, flour, cups, syrup.

  • Define ingredients once per product; Suki handles the arithmetic forever.
  • Ingredient stock gets its own low-stock alerts.
  • Reports shows ingredients used and where they went.
  • Not selling food? Skip it entirely — nothing about it shows up.
Gastos & Reports

The number the notebook never gave you.

A notebook shows what came in. It never shows what went out. Log your gastos in the same chat box and Reports gives you the real net for whatever period you pick.

  • "Gastos 500 kuryente" from chat, or log it from Home.
  • Pick today, this week, this month, or a custom range.
  • Sales, gastos, net, top products, top suki, ingredients used — one screen.
  • Tap any number on Home to drill straight into the detail behind it.
Home

Open it and you already know your day.

One card, one glance: today's sales, the cash on hand, what's owed to you, and what's been paid. Put the widget on your Home Screen and you don't even have to open the app.

  • Home Screen widget with today's sales and utang owed.
  • Search any sale by suki, product, or amount.
  • Your suki and products turn up in iPhone search too.
  • Alerts for anything overdue or running low come to you.
Staff mode

Hand the phone over without handing over the store.

Turn on staff mode and your kahera keeps selling — chat, Sell, bayad, new suki. Editing, deleting, stock, Reports, and Settings wait behind your owner PIN until you're back.

  • Owner PIN stays on that device only, and survives a force-quit.
  • Forgot the PIN? Your face gets you back in.
  • Optional Face ID or Touch ID lock on the whole app, in Settings → Privacy.
  • Optional Face ID or Touch ID before anything is deleted — a sale, a product, a suki, or everything.
Your data

Offline first, yours always.

Every sale writes to your phone first — brownouts and no-load shouldn't stop your business. iCloud sync runs quietly in the background when you're online, with no login and no setup, and you can keep your own copy on top of it.

  • Brownout, no signal, airplane mode — Suki keeps working.
  • iCloud sync uses your private database. Apple can't read it. We can't either.
  • End-to-end encrypted if you have Advanced Data Protection on, and free — it rides your existing iCloud storage.
  • Save your whole store to one backup file you keep, and restore it on a new phone.
  • Export a CSV of every sale, suki, and product — or a dated books-style sheet for your accountant.
Languages

Talks the way you do.

Switch the interface between English and Filipino anytime. Confirmations, reminders, and chat replies follow your choice.

  • English (default): clean and conversational.
  • Filipino: the way you'd actually say it. Taglish, not textbook.
  • Switch in Settings — no restart, no friction.
  • Chat understands input in both languages regardless of which one the app is set to.
vs. the listahan

Your listahan is honest. Suki is honest and faster.

We're not asking you to give up what works — we're giving you the same trust, plus everything the paper can't do.

Notebook
  • Always available, no battery needed.
  • Anyone can read it — including the wrong person.
  • You add up balances by hand. Mistakes happen.
  • It shows what came in. Never what went out.
  • If it gets wet, lost, or stolen — your records are gone.
  • "Magkano na utang ni Mark?" → flip pages.
Suki
  • On your phone. The phone you already have.
  • Locked with your face, and a separate PIN for staff.
  • The math is always right.
  • Sales minus gastos, so you see the real net.
  • iCloud sync plus a backup file. New phone = restore.
  • "Magkano na utang ni Mark?" → 1 tap.

Ready when you are.

One-time ₱299 on the App Store. Yours forever — including every future update.
