The price questions, answered.

Why one-time and not subscription?+

Because you don't need a subscription to a sales tracker. You bought your phone once. Buy Suki once. Use it forever. Subscriptions make sense for things that genuinely need ongoing service — Suki doesn't.

Do I pay for updates?+

No. Updates are free for the lifetime of the app. Anything we ship — new features, design polish, bug fixes — comes free to everyone who already paid.

Does the price go up as you add features?+

Not for you. Reports, gastos tracking, staff mode, backup and restore — all of it landed after launch and cost existing owners nothing. You paid once. That was it.

What if I uninstall and reinstall?+

It's still yours. The App Store remembers your purchase. Reinstall on the same Apple ID, restore from iCloud or from a backup file, and you're back where you were.

What about a new phone?+

Same Apple ID, same purchase — no second payment. Install Suki on your new iPhone, sign into iCloud, and your suki, products, and history come with you.

Can my family use it on their iPhone?+

Yes — Suki supports Apple Family Sharing. One purchase, up to 6 people in your Family Sharing group can install it.

Is ₱299 the same in other currencies?+

The App Store handles regional pricing automatically. Outside the Philippines, you'll see roughly the equivalent in your local currency.
